Retention Period: Installation and service records are securely stored for the lifetime of the heating system or up to 10 years to maintain a verified maintenance history and safety compliance record.
Automated Reminders: Customers may receive automated annual service reminders via SMS or WhatsApp as their 1-year service mark approaches so their manufacturer warranty and gas safety certification do not lapse.
Opt-Out Rights (Article 21 GDPR): Every automated reminder message explicitly informs the recipient that they can object and opt out at any time by replying STOP, which immediately and permanently ceases all marketing and automated service reminder communications.
